The vegan movement continues to grow and spread across America. As the plant-based movement gains momentum, vegan food is becoming more widespread and convenient – so convenient that you can even get your vegan meals on wheels. Here, we map out our favorite vegan food trucks across the country.

The Void
Boise, Idaho
The Void offers many fast food favorites such as chick’n sandwiches, burgers, and a variety of egg and cheese breakfast wraps.The best part? It’s all completely vegan.

The Slutty Vegan
Atlanta, Georgia
The Slutty Vegan has a bold name and bold vegan burgers. This truck features plant-based burgers that can be topped with vegan shrimp, a variety of dairy-free cheeses, guacamole and a ton of other crazy combinations.

Supernova Vegan
Portland, Oregon
Supernova Vegan offers amazing flavor combinations including vegan mac and cheese and BBQ soy curls all wrapped up into a burrito.

Frozen Fruit Co. 
Los Angeles, California 
If you need a break from all the fast food on your vegan food truck tour, we suggest stopping by LA’s Frozen Fruit Co. This truck turns simple healthy ingredients into creamy and delicious plant-based ice cream.

Kind Kravings
Wichita, Kansas
You might not expect to find a vegan food truck in Kansas, but Wichita is home to vegan truck Kind Kravings. Two of their most popular items are their sage biscuits and gravy and their cinnamon roll pancakes.

Shimmy Shack
Plymouth, Michigan 
Shimmy Shack is a classic diner-inspired truck known for their vegan burgers, hot dogs, cookies, shakes and banana splits.

Plow Bao
Austin, Texas
This truck is unlike any other on our tour so far. Plow Bao provides a fully vegan dim sum menu complete with vegan crab rangoons, chinese BBQ chick’n bao tacos, sesame chick’n rice balls and many more vegan versions of your favorite dim sum snacks.

V-Grits
Louisville, Kentucky
The south isn’t always thought to be the most vegan friendly area in the U.S., but V-Grits kicks that stereotype to the curb by offering vegan versions of southern favorites such as fish fried chicken po’boys, Texas buffalo chicken fried steak sandwiches, southern style mac and cheese and much more. V-Grits, a sit-down restaurant now, had its humble beginnings as a food truck.

Gmonkey
Branford, Connecticut
Gmonkey is one of the highest rated food trucks in the country and it’s easy to see why. Not only do they offer delicious vegan eats such as chili cheese fries and their famous grilled cheese sandwiches, but they also are committed to sustainability and partner with local farmers to source their produce.

The Vegan Food Truck by Ste Martaen
Chicago, Illinois
This truck is currently only available for event bookings, but could be the perfect option if you’re planning a post-pandemic reunion with your friends and family this summer. The truck specializes in fun and fancy gourmet vegan charcuterie including vegan french cheeses, meats and lots of delicious hors d’oeuvres perfect for a plant-based party.
