Friday was National Pizza Party Day, and we celebrated vegan-style!
Pizza lovers nationwide joined us by telling Little Caesars to take a slice out of cruelty to cows and offer dairy-free cheese.
As plant-based foods take the world by storm, Pizza Hut UK, Domino’s Australia, and several major US pizza chains are dishing up vegan cheese.
Yet, Little Caesars continues to miss out on the dough from the massive dairy-free market.
So, many pizza partakers joined Compassion Over Killing’s Virtual Vegan Pizza Party, by calling Little Caesars or posting their vegan pizza photos on the chain’s social media pages, to ask it to join its competitors already offering options everyone can enjoy.
