Leilani Münter’s Vegan Strong car races the world-famous Daytona International Speedway tomorrow, and Compassion Over Killing (COK) is excited to join A Well-Fed World as a sponsor helping to “fuel” Leilani’s race and the compassionate message she’s bringing to the track.

Leilani is a professional race car driver and environmental activist who drives a 100% solar-powered Tesla. Sports Illustrated has named her one of the top ten female race car drivers in the world.

She’s also 100% fueled by plants, as thousands will see when Leilani arrives on the track with her car sporting “Vegan Strong” and our TryVeg.com logo!

Sharing the exciting news on Facebook, Leilani says, “Dear Daytona, The vegans are back.

Last year, COK was sponsored the first-ever vegan race car and, in Daytona alongside Leilani and A Well-Fed World, we gave out 10,000 pieces of vegan literature to race fans! This year, Leilani will be joined by vegan chef Jason Stefanko, serving up vegan food to the crowd, and Robert Cheeke will share how strong and healthy you can be on a plant-based diet.

We couldn’t be more revved up to again work with Leilani, who has joined COK as a speaker on the main stage at our DC VegFest and as a driving force in our “Not So Fast, USDA” campaign, urging the federal agency to hit the brakes on its dangerous and cruel high-speed slaughter program. Join her today & sign our petition!

Get ready to cheer on Vegan Strong: The races start tomorrow! Watch Leilani live: Saturday, February 10th starting at 4:30pm ET on FS1.
