Vegan ice cream may be in the frozen aisle, but it’s the hottest thing in stores! As consumers scoop them up, vegan options have even boosted melting ice cream sales.
Just like with other plant-based foods, millennials are driving the demand for these dairy-free desserts, and market research firm Technavio writes, in order to meet this demand companies are “coming up with new and innovative flavors of vegan ice creams.”
