Today we’re proud to announce the promotion of Jareb Gleckel—a fearless litigator, brilliant strategist, and unapologetic ally for farmed animals—to Director of Legal Advocacy at Animal Outlook.
Jareb joined us from a background in commercial litigation and has already been designing the kinds of novel cases that change industry behavior and set legal precedent. Behind the scenes you’ll find him:

More than credentials, Jareb brings relentless curiosity and a tactical mind.
He graduated magna cum laude from Cornell Law on a full merit scholarship, earned awards in trial and appellate advocacy, and wrote scholarship on animal law, the Supreme Court, the First Amendment, and regulation of new food technologies (plant-based and cultivated meat). He’s as comfortable in a courtroom as he is building coalitions across criminal prosecutors, NGOs, and scientists.
