Compassion Over Killing teamed up with University of Central Florida student group, Knights for Animal Rights, to show Dunkin’ just how easy and tasty vegan donuts can be — with a vegan donut feed-in right outside of Dunkin’!

Dunkin’ has confirmed to COK that it’s testing vegan donut recipes, so we showed the chain how simple this menu addition would be!

Joining COK and nearly 20,000 petitioners, the UCF student group asked the donut chain to ditch eggs and dairy and offer a vegan donut.

And to show the community how tasty vegan treats can be, they joined COK volunteers in passing out donut samples. The donuts from Valkyrie Donuts received rave reviews!

See, Dunkin’? Vegan donuts are possible and delicious.

The coffee and donut giant told COK it hears the buzz around vegan options. By adding a vegan donut, the company would open up its menu to an entirely new consumer base that’s looking to make more compassionate food choices.

Let’s keep showing Dunkin’ that making a vegan donut is not reinventing the wheel–it’s just making it kinder and tastier!

Take action today by signing COK’s petition. Then, make sure Dunkin’ gets the message by sending a tweet!
